Garage Door Off Track
Customer Issue: Mrs. Ford had been on her way out to a meeting, when she, unfortunately, found her garage door got stuck partially opened.
Our Solution: We determined that the garage door had gotten caught due to coming off of the track, and secured the door into place for safety. Our experts then pried the track open and discovered a lot of yard debris had gotten caught and stuck in the track. Once this had been cleared, we returned the rollers to the track and closed it.
Garage Door Opener Repair
Customer Issue: Ms. Chris’ opener drive was getting stuck halfway along its tracks, making the automatic garage door inoperable.
Our Solution: The trolley rollers appeared to be jammed in place. Fortunately, this wasn’t the first time we've been faced with a faulty drive trolley, and after disconnecting and removing this one our team replaced its wheels and put it back in place. The customer's garage door opener system is working again without any issues.

Chamberlain Opener Replacement
Customer Issue: Old opener without safety features.
Our Solution: The customer insisted on opener replacement, so we went over all the models he was interested in. We installed Chamberlain B730, programmed the remotes, explained how everything worked and tested the system before leaving.
Panel Replacement
Customer Issue: Damaged panels.
Our Solution: Since the damage was too extensive for the repair to be both successful and cost effective, we suggested replacing the panels. We installed perfectly matching replacements and check the door was well balanced.
Spring Replacement
Customer Issue: Broken extension spring.
Our Solution: It turned out that the door was tilted to one side because one of the springs had snapped. We replaced both springs, adjusted their tension, lubricated the system and tested the door to make sure it was working without glitches.
